Be careful with these guys. Unfortunately, they are the only water supplier in our location. So here goes, our water meter was read wrong in October and our average 30-40 dollar bill was 480 dollars. We called and they said they would send someone back to re-read it. November came and we received a new bill with November”s added to October”s bill and a notice that our water we be cut off in 10 days. I called them back and said no one ever came and read the meter again so gave the reading myself over the phone. It was corrected in December and I paid the new balance of 68 dollars over the phone. However, apparently their system hadn”t been updated and they withdrew the full payment of 491 from my bank acct. I have 3 kids and wife, and going paycheck to paycheck right now due to lack of much work. Tried to get our refund and was told it would be processed and we would get it back at the end of January or February. Bye bye Christmas Their errors, my loss.
