Tenneco for a Monroe Shock rebate, Refused to pay the rebate off for bogus reason Nationwide!!. I submitted a rebate form to Tenneco for a Monroe Shock rebate. I waited 72 days and received a post card. It informed me that they could not read the part numbers on the receipt. This is bogus. I not only sent the receipt I put the corresponding part numbers on the rebate form. If they could read everything else they could read the part numbers or they could contact the corporation they wholesale the part’s to based on the fact that my contact information, credit card number, date of purchase, etc is all contained on the receipt. This is a ruse and a ploy to not pay. They required my email but refused to allow me to email them. If they could not read the original they won’t be able to “read” a fax or a copy. Nonsense, I will never buy another Monroe Shock!
