August 2017, Order numbers EX4001041659812 AND E4X001041566158. We placed an order for 2 ladies shirts with Tommy Bahama back in August we then heard from Borderfree with the 1st Order number ending 158 dated 11th August, all they told us was they have taken money from our paypal account, there was no carrier or shipping numbers sent to us, so after chasing Borderfree they say that the order never went through so told us to re-order, which we did and tool another large amaont of money from our paypal account, so paypay informed us that there were 2payments pending in excess of 900usdollars, we again contacted Borderfree and they said they would contact PayPal and release one of the payments, WHICH THEY DID NOT, WHY? because 2 parcels arrived at my house, so 2payments were taken from our paypal account, so we had 2 orders for the same 2 shirts, so 2 shirts were a double order and the other 2 shirts were not good quality. Borderfree told us to send the 2 parcels back to them and they would refund the money. The parcles were sent back on the 2nd September and finished up in Germany in their HUB since the 5th September, chasing Borderfree again today they say they have changed Carriers so the refund we take longer. Borderfree and Tommy Bahama are a waste of time, they have no communications skills, all they do is keep avoiding our refund. It will not mean much to borderfree or Tommy Bahama but we will never use them again, ever.
