However, my experience at this dealership is much to be desired. I was told over and over that they u201cdidnu2019t make any money on the dealu201d and they wouldnu2019t budge on fixing any problems found with the truck. I traded my 2019 Hyundai Santu00e9 Sport in for this truck and it had a remote start I wanted removed. I was told to call back the next day to inform them of what we needed to get this done. My husband called (less than 12 hours from purchase) and said u201cnever mindu201d as we found out it was too costly. He asked if they would look at the brakes as they are squeaking and the trucked seemed to be due for basic service. Salesman said nothing was noted during the test drive. I did mention it took a lot of push on brake pedal to get the truck to stop but nothing was offered at that time. My husband was told again more than once during this conversation that they didnu2019t make any money on the deal and were not going to look at the truck. My husband did, at that point, ask if they routinely donu2019t maintain or service their used vehicles, as his request for them to look at vehicle was continually denied. Salesman reported again they didnu2019t make any money on vehicle. My husband said he was not happy with dealer and their lack of standing by their used product. Gene reported that he would not help him any further and not provide us out 2nd set of keys to truck. As a customer who spent over $34k on a used vehicle I am appalled by the lack of service at this dealer. We found out that the GM had taken the truck out of town that weekend to TN, the truck was very dirty, (they did clean up later) and with over 1000 miles put on the vehicle that weekend, you would think they would have noted that the brakes needed attention. I am calling corporate, reporting to the BBB, and placing public notice on facebook not to buy from this dealer. I didnu2019t set the price of the truck. I just bought it. It is not the customers fault the dealer had not made any money on the sale. It is the dealers fault the truck was improperly maintained.
