This company has the worst costumer service ever. I have sent 20+ e-mails, called, and talked to them on live chat. On the phone I was told to send an e-mail and then hung up on. In the live chat I was insulted and then disconnected. I have been told mulitple times my bulbs “would be sent out right away”. I never recieved them. | I have also contacted the Better Business Bureau to try to get new bulbs. They have ignored two attempts from the BBB to contact them.
