I bought a very expensive drum seat that was supposed be great for my back. The seat broke and for the last five months I have been getting run around from the manufacturer. They asked me to send it back to them (at my expense) so they could look at it. I didn’t hear from them for almost a month after I sent it. I had to call them. They said they had the seat but had t had a chance to look at it yet. Weeks later I had to call again. I was told that they were gong to send me a new one to replace the broken one. It is now going on five months and I still don’t have it back. I keep calling and they keep making excuses. At this point I have no confidence that I will ever see it. I have now gone on Facebook and alerted all of my fellow musicians to avoid doing business with this company. Note: there was another complaint here with almost the exact same scenario as mine. The poster claims that eventually the company apologized and made good. I’ll believe it when I see it.
