It is excuse after excuse that range from :”we did not recieve your paperwork” to “our site is down” or “our payment processor is down and we can’t process a check payment until next year” or even “resend us your bank information and we can get it done”. I need to know of any state or federal agencies that legally handle these sorts of complaints. If these businesses are just for fun, then state that. Do not provide information to consumers making them beleive that they hava a legitimate chance of winning when this is really a scam. Just say, its for fun and entertainment only, not actual winnings.
