I had originally wanted to receive a free trial offer of 2 anti-aging products that ‘only work, if used together’. I read that I could try the products free by paying only $4.99 × 2 for shipping. Today my bill came, and I learned, I had been charged $89.95 + $87.35 = $177.30. I was sickened and worrying what could I do? I needed help. I called Dream Big Online Holdings, and told them transaction charge is incorrect for March 7, 2016. CSR informed me that I failed to cancel within 14 days and I had been automatically enrolled in auto-fill service and was responsible for paying the bill. I was also told DBOH has no return; exchange or credit policy. And that another shipment had been sent out on April 16, 2016 which has brought my bill to over $400.00. That I, have no redress or recourse regarding a business transactions, that seems asinine and backwards and stealing from seniors and others, some, like me on a fixed income. I did manage to cancell any further shipments, time will tell. I hate confrontations,and rarely ask for help, this situation shouldn’t be allowed to happen. I am reaching out to you Ed and to my credit card company they will investigate my complaint and I will file a report with the BBC.
