Purchased a formal dress. Measurement from Ezpopsy website did not match dress. Requested a refund. I had to send photographs with tape measure to prove sizing error from manufacture. It took two weeks and multiple emails to finally obtain a return shipping address. | Package mailed 2.5 months ago at my expense. Package shipping directions followed explicitl. Customer service from Ezpopsy claims that they have not received the return. US postal service customs confirms package left US as directed. | I send a daily email requesting a refund. They have promised refund but stall and lie. Most recently they offered to send me a refund if I retracted a review I’ve made on the company. That just shows there an ethical business practices. I agreed to edit my review if they made good on my refund. That was 48 hours ago. I believe that constitutes black male. Very poor business practices. I’m ethical customer service. Do not purchase anything from this company. Ezpopsy is the worst online business I have ever worked with. Do not trust them.
