Can I give the a ZERO Star for customer service? After being told they would take payment via a card they didn’t; then was told they could take payment via phone checking account at 3 times the normal payment once per day, then they next day a supervisor ANNE said they could do that twice per day gave me her extension to call the next day then never answered the phone or called back about messages. Finally got the thing paid off then was told I just needed to talk to the title department and I could expedite the title. Of course the Title department doesn’t answer the phone. I called 3 times per day for 10 days (leaving a message as instructed and the message says “someone will get back to you within 24 hours”) till I finally got in touch with someone named Jose. He said they hold the titles for at least 10 days before releasing the title to the state of the ownership. I’m filling a complaint with the BBB, and anyone else I can find in banking regulation, this was full of lies and a horrible experience!
