Really don’t understand, I booked a grab but the grab driver called me and said his phone waze got problem grab apps got problem can’t even search the location that I at. I told him to cancel my grab since he can’t search the location can’t pick me up..And the drive scolded me very loudly say not his problem and ask me to cancel. HELLO??? Now I’m the customer or the driver are my customer ? I’m the one paying money right? His waze can’t use grab apps can’t use it is my problem? I cause his phone out of service? PLEASE GIVE YOUR DRIVER SOME TRAINING ! THEY ARE NO QUALITY AT ALL !
