Purchased a diamond ring at Katy Mills Mall location and am now having an issue with. I tried talking to the staff & store manager about fixing the ring and of course they say they can”t because it”s not “covered” in the insurance. I called customer service and they refuse to help also. I”m so disappointed that they are okay with the fact that a customer is not 100% happy with her purchase. I will not buy another piece of jewelery from Kay”s and don”t recommend anyone else too either. These are bad business people!
