Vehicle number KT 9815 Date of accident 29/12/2017. Matter unresolved as of 14 June 2018. Agents name _ Buddhika ..( Nugegoda branch, presently he says he has been transferred elsewhere ) The agent was very rude on the phone when I called him on 15 th June 2018 morn and inquired the status of the claim ( following repeated attempts earlier by my wife which resulted in no progress !) He said he was doing me a ” favour” and to ask my usual agent what the status was in a very rude manner..and hung up! Leaving me quite shocked at the standard of service provided by SLIC. His manner of speech, rudeness and the extreme delay in processing my claim is viewed as totally unacceptable. I do not have his surname..but hope this agent will be thoroughly advised and rehabilitated.
