Be very cautious of using Streamsend… I”ve used them for the past 7 or so years (religiously paying our monthly subscription) but the service levels over the past year have deteriorated to a shocking level. Their service agents are rude, unhelpful and (even when the fault is clearly theirs) unapologetic. Despite paying for service over the last few months I have not received the paid for service due to stupid technicalities on their system. For instance this last month our blast was withheld because (despite our mailer having a full address included at the bottom of the mailer) their send system changed and the full address wasn”t duplicated in their system footer (directly under the address in our mailer) – as a result they held back the blast into the following billing period and wrote off all our credits! They refuse to refund the credits for the blast they withheld – even though they admit the address did appear in the message. It”s one headache after the next with Streamsend and the manner they handle queries certainly doesn”t make me feel like a valued customer. I”m taking my business elsewhere.
