So I ordered thePomeranian lamp back in the middle of September and they had said it would be shipped I never received it and quite honestly had forgotten about it then on October 17th they took another 38.49 out of my account and the only reason I noticed it is because my bank account was off and I went through to check it and then I was like oh I forgot all about this. Been realizing I never received it and they took two payments so was not upset things happen called Bradford Exchange but customer service representative that I talk to told me that it was not they did not charge my account and I said well I would be happy to fax my bank statement over and she basically told me I was lying I ask to speak to a supervisor put me on hold for about 10 minutes then somebody picked up the phone and hung up. This was supposed to be a gift for my landlord who has been wonderful to my son and I and it meant a lot to me to receive it by November 12th and I even asked the CSR that the first time I spoke with them when I initially ordered it. I feel like if it was an accidental disconnection they would have called me back because it”s beginning of the conversation the woman said to me may I please have a phone number that we can call you back at in case it were disconnected so it obviously was not an accident because I still have not received the call back. I would still like to have the lamp but I”m kind of annoyed cuz I feel like it won”t be here by November 12th.
