Step by step to see how ridiculous they are: 1) Aug. 3d. I ordered a very beautiful necklace 2) Aug 5th. They notified me that they received my order 3) Aug 7th. The order was shipped. Very nice, that”s pretty fast. 4) Aug 10th. First email from them out of many. They started bombarding me with emails asking to write a review about the order. Each email contained the same information. Their customer service ignored my messages. 5) Aug 30th. I finally got the order. A [censored]g terrible necklace made of a cheap material. As if it was for a child. Long waiting of a piece of crap? It wasn”t even worth it. I”m so angry and frustrated.
